About Us

We are an Edmonton based company specializing in training in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Joanne Swensrude, instructor, has been training adults since 1988 and is a Microsoft Office Certified Specialist.

I am involved in the community as I volunteer regularly at my children's school. As well, I'm District Commissioner for the Girl Guides of Canada - Muskwa District in Edmonton. reading week
school teaching I've even gone to schools and trained the kids! I have taught them how to do formulas and graphs in Excel as well as PowerPoint presentations.

Currently I run an after school "Computer Club" at a local school!

As well, I've done in-services for teachers too!
In January 2008, we purchase 8 laptops in order to bring the training environment to your company. We believe this is the most effective for employees to be trained.
Webinar In January 2009, we acquired a Webex site, where I offer beginner, intermediate and advanced webinars. This is where you sit in your office and I sit in mine, and we do the training through the internet! Very good use of time and extremely cost effective! Read more on my Webinar page.
We also offer courses through the Burnewood Community League. This is a profit sharing opportunity and has been very popular, especially the "Seniors Only" courses! Check out my current schedule. Senior's class
