- The holder of this voucher number is entitled to take one exam at a Know it Sooner Computer Training, a Certiport Authorized Testing Center. Testing is done virtually.
- The voucher number can be used for any one of the ACU certification: AutoCAD, Inventor, or Revit.
- If Retake option is purchased, in the event that you do not pass the exam, a retake code will be emailed to you. You may re-take the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers must be used within 60 days of the failed exam.

What to Expect on Exam Day
On the day of the exam:
Testing is done virtually.
You will need a webcam, microphone and speakers and will be required to join a Zoom meeting showing your face while you are writing the exam. Some people do this on their phone to free up the computer for the exam.
Have your ID handy as we will need to confirm identity.
You will need to have an account on www.certiport.com. Test your login information out before exam time to be sure you have the right email and password.
